Description

You will design, implement, and migrate end-to-end Control-M workload automation solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Control-M components, including Enterprise Manager, Server, Agents, and SaaS environments.
• Build migration frameworks and validation strategies to accelerate large-scale migrations from legacy systems.
• Develop Automation API workflows using JSON-based Jobs-as-Code for scalable, version-controlled deployments.
• Integrate Control-M with enterprise systems such as SAP, Informatica, databases, and MFT across hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling, agent, and infrastructure issues to ensure minimal impact on critical workloads.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Control-M Core and Administration.
• Proven track record in migration execution and implementation projects within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows, and Cloud Platforms.
• Experience designing job flows, dependencies, calendars, and SLA management strategies.
• Ability to develop Python and Shell scripts for REST-based automation and bulk migration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis and proactive incident prevention.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery or consulting roles.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration with Git.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery strategies, and security frameworks (RBAC).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, IDAM systems, and MFT solutions.
