Description

You will lead data management efforts within the General Insurance domain, focusing on complex data processing, insight generation, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile complex customer, policy, and claim data structures.
• Identify and resolve data gaps following industry best practices.
• Build dashboards and reports for risk assessment using analysis techniques.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
• Mentor a team of 2-4 members and conduct independent peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in General Insurance data analysis.
• Expertise in data handling using SAS and SQL.
• Experience with Pricing, Reserving, Exposure Management, or Risk Management functions.
• Strong foundation in Data Modeling and ETL tool building.
• Proven ability to manage complex data problems and BAU reporting.
• Experience in insight generation and requirement gathering.
• Any technical graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, R, AWS, or Azure for data engineering.
• Knowledge of actuarial methodology and concepts.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
