Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Accounting module.

Responsibilities

• Configure project parameters including posting profiles, costing setups, WBS templates, project resources, and timesheets.
• Manage tooling item number lists, released products, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Route versions.
• Execute end-to-end project process flows from forecasting and budgeting to production orders and project close-out.
• Develop D365 test scripts for UAT and provide go-live support for daily and month-end operations.
• Create functional specifications, system configuration documents, and user manuals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Project Accounting module.
• Proven experience managing system implementation projects through planning and execution.
• Hands-on experience with WBS configuration and project production orders.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve bugs.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Any Graduate degree.
