Description

You will configure, extend, and support Dynamics 365 Commerce POS environments, including MPOS, CPOS, Hardware Station, and Commerce Scale Units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop POS extensions using TypeScript/JavaScript for CPOS and C#/.NET for MPOS/CRT.
• Integrate POS systems with payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and external retail applications.
• Troubleshoot POS performance issues, synchronization errors, and hardware integration faults.
• Collaborate with functional teams to produce technical documentation and ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce and Retail domains.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.
• Strong working knowledge of POS customization, CRT, and channel components.
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Expertise with SQL Server for data management and queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
