Description

Lead technical architecture and development for Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance and Operations implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solutions, including Technical Design Documents (TDDs), requirement documentation, and estimates.
• Manage full software system architecture, including application installation, configuration, and environment refreshes via LCS.
• Lead technical strategy by conducting gap-fit analysis, business requirement gathering, and RFP responses.
• Oversee periodic Microsoft application updates and manage release cycles using Lifecycle Services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience in AX 2012 and D365 Finance and Operations.
• Proficiency in X++ and MorphX.
• Deep knowledge of Extensions, Chain of Command (COC), and Event Handlers.
• Experience with Data Entities, Workflows, Securities, and Data Models (Forms, Tables, Views, Queries).
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and SSAS reporting services.
• Integration expertise using AIF, OData, Logic Apps, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Azure DevOps/Team Services.
• Experience managing environments and releases through Lifecycle Services (LCS).
