Description

You will design and implement advanced conversational AI systems using Google Dialogflow to enhance user interactions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dialogflow agents, selecting between CX and ES based on project complexity.
• Develop webhooks using Python or Node.js for dialog management and external system integration.
• Apply machine learning techniques to refine chatbot responses and system performance.
• Craft user-centric conversation designs with clear prompts and smooth flows.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure agent functionality and reliability.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow.
• 9+ years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js for webhook development.
• Strong understanding of NLP, intents, entities, and context management.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Ability to design intuitive user interfaces and conversation flows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Genesys platform for IVR.
