Description

Lead a team of SAP Basis administrators to manage the enterprise SAP landscape, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of ECC, S/4HANA, and BW/4HANA systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems and HANA databases.
• Monitor and optimize HANA database performance for high availability.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP and HANA environments.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP systems and HANA databases.
• Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, landscape design, and system administration.
• Expertise in HANA database administration: installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Thorough understanding of the SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications in Basis administration and HANA database administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
