Description

You will manage SAP Customer Service module configurations and business processes as a functional expert.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage repairs processing, including goods receipt, storage location tracking, and integration with Sales Order processing.
• Own replacement processing workflows, encompassing scrap, refurbishment, and equipment master setup.
• Manage service work orders and integrate them with labor posting and time-keeping systems.
• Translate user requirements into technical application solutions and redesign procedures to align with SAP best practices.
• Resolve complex business issues by collaborating across functional groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) configuration and technical implementation.
• Deep knowledge of integration between CS, SD, MM/LE, and FI modules.
• Expertise in Order Management OTC processes, including Master Data, Pricing, Free Goods, and Item Proposal.
• Proficiency in Material Determination, Cross Selling, Output Control, and Sales/Delivery/Billing documents.
• Experience with Contracts, Account Determination, Rebate Agreements, and Partner Determination.
• Hands-on experience with EDI and IDoc processing.
• Strong understanding of warranty tracking and financial cost tracking for repairs.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-modular capabilities in SAP MM and LE.
