Description

Lead SAP implementation projects focused on Production Planning and Quality Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from conception and blueprint workshops through realization and Go Live.
• Design, build, and maintain SAP PP/QM solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Lead functional teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables and define project scope.
• Estimate efforts, manage timelines, and participate in RFP discussions to provide technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PP/QM).
• Minimum 2-3 full life cycle SAP implementations, including at least one in S/4HANA.
• Expertise in Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios.
• Deep knowledge of Sales and Operational Planning, MRP, Demand Management, and capacity evaluation.
• Proficiency in planning strategies: Make to Order, Make to Stock, and Engineer to Order.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Planning, Inspection, and Nonconformance Management.
• Understanding of Sample Management, Stability Studies, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Practical knowledge of the SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
• Strong integration knowledge with other SAP S/4HANA components and excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.
• Technical knowledge within the PP/QM modules.
