Description

Lead end-to-end implementations for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale implementation projects focusing on Compensation Worksheets, budget allocation, planning, and statements.
• Design business solutions by combining SAP capabilities with industry best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within offshore and onsite delivery models.
• Balance global accounting requirements with local statutory needs in international environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Minimum 3-4 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end implementations in Variable Pay.
• Strong technical knowledge of Look up tables.
• Integration experience with Employee Central (EC) and PMGM.
• Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies.
• Ability to learn and map existing business processes to technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with PMGM and EC modules.
