Description

You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for critical contracts and services. You will develop demand profiles, lead commercial negotiations, and oversee post-award contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand profiles and sourcing events aligned with category management guidance.
• Prepare and release Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and analyze vendor offers for price and commercial term optimization.
• Lead commercial negotiation meetings to finalize pricing and establish agreements or SLAs with vendors.
• Execute purchase orders, manage the change order process, and oversee post-award contract management.
• Monitor supplier performance through feedback mechanisms and coordinate with inbound logistics and commercial departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and contract management.
• Proficiency in SAP for driving efficiency and cost optimization.
• Experience with e-auction and reverse auction technological tools.
• Strong expertise in vendor relations and relationship management.
• Ability to manage escalation processes effectively.
• Competency in developing internal cost estimates and demand profiles.
• Proven track record in managing the full requisition-to-PO lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing emergency procurement situations.
