Description

You will execute control validation testing to ensure operational risk compliance and effectiveness.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Control and Product Owners to identify and collect documentation required for testing assignments.
• Perform and document tests of design via walkthroughs and tests of operating effectiveness.
• Determine test objectives, attributes, and procedures while gathering samples for execution.
• Document work papers to evidence test execution and determine final conclusions.
• Report ineffective controls and partner with reviewers to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Control Testing.
• Expertise in Operational Risk and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) acumen.
• Experience performing quality checks and peer reviews.
• Ability to maintain Control Ratings, business guidance, procedures, and testing commentary.
• Skill in preparing and updating job aids and detailed testing procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to define controls and report test results to clients.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
