Description

You will design, program, and commission industrial controls systems, PLC software, and HMI screens for diverse industries. You own the full lifecycle from code development to on-site debugging and system validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC and HMI code using Rockwell Allen-Bradley or Siemens platforms.
• Install, debug, and commission complete control systems at customer job sites.
• Program peripheral devices and coordinate machine power-up and validation with build teams.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications using standard techniques and templates.
• Travel to customer locations for installation and startup support.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Controls Engineering experience with PLC/HMI programming.
• Proficient in Rockwell Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, RSLogix, Studio 5000) OR Siemens Step 7 (TIA Portal, WinCC).
• Ability to write ladder logic and code from scratch.
• Experience with fieldbus networks including DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, or Profinet.
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing integration and commissioning.
• Experience programming within customer-defined standards and templates.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hardware design experience using AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools.
• Exposure to other PLC platforms such as Omron or Mitsubishi.
