Description

Design and lead the architecture of large-scale conversational AI systems, owning critical components of the software stack and ensuring long-term code quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design, development, and code reviews for LLM-based conversational AI solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence by deploying and maintaining large-scale software in production.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members and guiding best practices.
• Partner with product to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software engineering experience, with 5+ years in cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 5+ years designing and building APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and practical applications in conversational AI.
• Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots.
• 2+ years as a technical team leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to stakeholders.
