Description

Lead the design, development, and operational excellence of large-scale conversational AI systems using LLMs, Python, and microservices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and long-term quality of critical conversational AI components.
• Develop and maintain voice and text chatbots leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Lead hands-on design, coding, and code reviews while ensuring operational excellence in production.
• Mentor team members, guide technical best practices, and partner with product on business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and building solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and practical applications in conversational AI.
• Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical team leader.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical and strategic concepts.
