You will design and develop high-performance, multi-threaded, real-time trading applications for US Rates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions for electronic trading workflows in US Rates (Treasury), covering D2D and D2C channels.
• Design and develop high-performance, multi-threaded, real-time trading applications using Core Java.
• Optimize existing systems for scalability, latency, and throughput.
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks to ensure system stability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience, focused on trading applications.
• Expertise in Core Java development, specifically multi-threaded and real-time systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex, low-latency systems in finance.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related engineering field.
