Description

You will build low-latency core systems in Java and optimize Linux host environments for performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement low-latency patterns including memory maps, ring buffers, thread pinning, and cache line consistency.
• Manage data movement across distributed memory fabrics and messaging systems using JMS or native protocols.
• Develop networking logic using raw TCP/IP and UDP/Multicast, ensuring reliable multicast implementations.
• Optimize system performance through Linux host tuning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate backend services with frontend components using Chromium engines, HTML5, and modern JavaScript libraries.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in low-latency Java and memory management.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Gradle, and Docker.
• Strong proficiency in Linux scripting and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Postgres or Oracle.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, Angular, or React.
• Practical understanding of TCP/IP and UDP/Multicast protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C/C++ or Rust.
