Description

You will own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of core Java-based banking applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multithreaded applications for concurrency and performance.
• Optimize data handling using the Java Collections Framework and data structures.
• Analyze and improve application efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Java applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
• Strong expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization.
• In-depth knowledge of the Java Collections Framework and data structures.
• Experience with banking or financial services applications.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient in version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of banking regulations and security standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
