Description

You will design and architect complex telecom solutions, owning end-to-end EPC and 5G Core deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out national roaming solutions for LTE and/or 5G with major partners, managing peering and IPX.
• Implement and manage core 5G functions including NRF, PCF, CHF/CCS, NEF, BSF, SCP, and SEPP.
• Define and build provisioning and charging integrations using TMF APIs and mediation layers.
• Ensure solution integrity by implementing Diameter (S6a/S8/S9), GTP-C/U, and managing VoLTE roaming flows.
• Architect cloud-native deployments, ensuring HA, geo-redundancy, and CI/CD pipelines for Core components.

Required Skills

• 15+ years experience in telecom solution architecture, including multiple end-to-end EPC deliveries.
• Proven experience delivering at least one production 5G Core program.
• Deep knowledge of 4G EPC components (MME, SGW/PGW, HSS, PCRF) and protocols (GTP, SCTP, Diameter).
• Expertise in 5G Core elements: AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM/AUSF/UDR, NRF, PCF, CHF/CCS, NEF, BSF, SCP, SEPP.
• Proficiency with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
• Experience with Diameter protocols (S6a/Gx/Gy/Gz/Rf/Ro) and SBI proxying/SCP.
• Familiarity with GSMA practices and testing concepts (IR.21 data, IREG/TADIG).
• Experience integrating with major Core/IMS vendors and charging platforms.
• Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
