Description

Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment lifecycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, bridging business needs with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and document actionable requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to design and deliver application and middleware components.
• Liaise with developers to assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, and plan sprints.
• Implement best practices for user experience, platform configuration, and license management.
• Create and deliver training sessions to end users and manage project status reporting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of CRM support and Business Analyst experience with any CRM platform.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CRM or ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Power BI.
