Description

You will serve as the primary on-site technical lead for CuraM development, owning requirement gathering, design, and implementation for Medicaid program features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, JAD sessions, and fit-gap analysis for Medicaid program features.
• Develop functional and detailed designs, code, and manage the full implementation lifecycle.
• Model business and workflow processes through business reengineering using CuraM.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to resolve design and development challenges.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for development issues and technical inquiries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CuraM development.
• Proficiency with CuraM Enterprise Framework Components.
• Experience with CuraM Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2) and the CuraM Evidence Framework.
• Hands-on expertise with CuraM Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in XML technology within the CuraM environment.
• Experience using Subversion and WebSphere.
