Lead security initiatives and provide technical oversight to align business objectives with risk management strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Information Security professionals and act as a technical subject matter expert.
• Execute proactive security consulting covering application security, infrastructure, user access management, and network architecture.
• Perform security risk assessments and architecture reviews to shift security identification left in enterprise processes.
• Advise executive leadership on the information security health and risk environment within your domain.
• Coordinate with Security Engineering to drive innovation and integrate security into modern data and technology architectures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
• 7+ years providing guidance and oversight of security concepts.
• 7+ years performing security risk assessments and security architecture reviews.
• 5+ years working with architecture, software design, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years focused on cloud security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in threat modeling and application security.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data protection techniques including encryption, tokenization, and cloud access security brokers.
• Experience working in regulated environments, specifically financial services.
