Description

You will secure and maintain Microsoft Office 365 cloud services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify security risks and vulnerabilities within the O365 environment to recommend mitigation actions.
• Implement and maintain email security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, malware, phishing, and account compromises.
• Perform extensive mailbox searches to identify and remove targeted emails posing cybersecurity risks.
• Manage and troubleshoot individual and group mailboxes, mailbox rules, address books, and distribution lists.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for O365 cloud services across all IT teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience administering, securing, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 tenants.
• Proficiency with Exchange PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience tuning, monitoring, and optimizing Microsoft cloud services.
• Ability to coordinate via Remedy and Arctic Wolf ticketing systems.
• Experience conducting periodic audits for compliance and establishing email standards.
• Bachelor's Degree.
