You will provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions and operational improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent reporting on key business drivers and customer success metrics.
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources into digestible formats for decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to share findings from deep-dive analyses regarding quality improvements and cost savings.
• Present actionable recommendations to leadership to improve data quality and operational health.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with management to implement customer experience solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio for data visualization.
• Strong data wrangling capabilities.
• Expertise in data analysis techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
• Ability to explain complex analyses and provide action-based recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau certification.
• Broad business operations knowledge.
