Description

You will design metrics and reporting for the Customer Financial Services (CFS) department.

Responsibilities

• Design and track KPIs across the CFS department, providing feedback and insight to the Senior Director.
• Build and maintain management-level dashboards for the CFS group to identify actionable items.
• Utilize Power Query, Power BI, Access, and Excel to design reporting solutions.
• Apply data governance principles to reporting structures.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Chargeback, Credit & Collections, Master Data, or Rebate.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Access.
• Working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring (SQL).
• Experience with financial statements, chargebacks, rebates, and Model N.
• Familiarity with various databases.
• Ability to learn and utilize new tools, including Python, Power BI, and Qlik.
