Description

You will lead data management improvements and analyze operational data to drive work prioritization and productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business information requirements and collaborate with development teams to ensure data needs are met.
• Map data elements to business rules by interacting with customers and subject matter experts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in coordination with architects.
• Identify data dependencies between development teams and document the impacts of data changes.
• Validate business data through exploration and provide detailed reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Proficiency in MicroStrategy or similar reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Access skills.
• Experience working with extremely large data sets.
• Experience in data mapping and translation within the financial vertical.
• Strong understanding of data integrity and data source systems.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government industries.
