Description

You will own the design, development, and optimization of complex data pipelines and ETL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data warehouse solutions to support business requirements and analytics needs.
• Lead data migration and modernization projects from legacy platforms to Azure.
• Develop and enforce best practices for Snowflake architecture, security, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions and maintain data models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in data engineering or related field, building large-scale data systems.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and advanced SQL.
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Informatica) and data integration.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing.
• Deep understanding of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record leading complex data migration projects.
• Experience with data security best practices and access controls.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years minimum tenure in current or previous roles.
