Analyze complex data sets to bridge business requirements with technical specifications and drive data integrity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Map data elements to business rules through direct interaction with customers and subject matter experts.
• Identify data dependencies across development teams and document the impacts of data changes.
• Collaborate with architects to translate business information requirements into technical specifications.
• Explore large data sets to validate business logic and generate reports.
• Assess potential data sources and recommend appropriate requirement scopes and priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Access skills.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in MicroStrategy or similar reporting tools.
• Experience working with extremely large data sets.
• Experience in data mapping and translation within the Financial vertical.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Government industries.
