Description

You will manage data onboarding, lifecycle, and quality controls within the Data Platform Team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise and vendor datasets to identify characteristics, methodologies, and data profiles.
• Implement data governance policies for ingestion and operational processes.
• Remediate data issues and define controls for new data requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical requirements and data solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to build data pipelines and resolve logic or design deficiencies discovered during UAT.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Investment Management industry.
• Extensive experience analyzing and interpreting investment data.
• Strong SQL skills for detecting anomalies, patterns, and quality issues.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale data projects and project management tasks.
• Deep knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
• Ability to document data methodologies and feed structures for internal and external sources.
• Strong communication skills for engaging vendors and stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, Agile processes, or Jira.
• Experience using Snowflake.
