Description

You will own end-to-end data attribution and mapping for Fraud, AML, and enterprise data marts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed data mapping, transformation logic, and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and maintain datasets using SQL and Google Cloud Platform, primarily BigQuery.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets and implement data quality validation checks.
• Create and maintain data mapping documentation, context diagrams, and audit compliance records.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in architecture review sessions to support data models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of data analytics experience (Bachelor’s degree) or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of SQL development experience in complex data environments.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery.
• Strong expertise in data mapping, data analysis, and transformation logic development.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Fraud, AML, Risk, or Financial Services domains.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Ab Initio or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, auditability, and regulatory compliance practices.
