Description

You will drive data strategy and actionable insights to optimize customer engagement, retention, and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to define customer-centric metrics and analytical requirements.
• Formulate, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the impact of data-driven strategies.
• Manage data quality through rigorous cleansing, preprocessing, transformation, and anomaly investigation.
• Administer data warehousing, ETL processes, and optimize data integration workflows.
• Lead complex data analysis projects and cross-functional initiatives to shape organizational data strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience performing data analysis on complex datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Technical proficiency in Python, including pandas and scikit-learn.
• Proven ability to manage data analysis projects and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, CIS, MIS, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within a Customer Success organization.
