Description

You will own the requirements, data analysis, and reporting components for the State of Connecticut Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, review, and write functional and non-functional business requirements through active stakeholder engagement.
• Perform requirements gathering, validation, and source-to-target mapping with subject matter experts.
• Analyze database data, data lineage, and backend integrations to support decision-making.
• Manage project controls including issues, risks, scope, and schedules.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau for state and federal mandates.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically operations or implementations.
• 3+ years of experience soliciting, reviewing, and writing business requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze database data, data lineage, and integrations with backend databases.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience managing project controls (issues, risks, requirements, scope, schedules).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Snowflake.
• Direct Medicaid experience (Claims, Member, Provider) and/or MARS or T-MSIS reporting.
