You translate business needs into technical data solutions and ensure their successful delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business, data, and functional requirements.
• Document business data glossaries, including definitions and rules for technical design.
• Translate data requirements into use cases, process flows, and data mapping diagrams.
• Partner with QA and SMEs to ensure adequate test coverage for solutions.
• Suggest and recommend multiple implementation options based on risk and cost.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience writing SQL against DB2 or AWS (Dynamo, Redshift).
• High-level understanding of technical programming concepts in Java, Python, or Pega.
• Proven ability to collaborate, motivate, and influence stakeholders across departments.
• Strong command of verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive results with limited supervision.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting production issues as needed.
• Curiosity and a drive to question existing processes.
