Description

You bridge business needs and data engineering to define technical specifications for the Unified Enterprise Judiciary System.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate business, data, and functional requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications.
• Document data glossaries, including business definitions and rules, to support technical model design.
• Consolidate raw departmental data into usable information for the Unified Enterprise Judiciary System.
• Create use cases, process flows, and data mapping diagrams to define project scope.
• Partner with QA and SMEs to ensure test coverage and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total experience, including 2–3 years writing SQL with DB2 and AWS (DynamoDB, Redshift).
• High-level understanding of technical programming languages such as Java, Python, or Pega.
• Proven ability to drive results and provide strategic thought leadership.
• Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
• Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders across departments.
• Familiarity with data governance and management initiatives.
• Ability to define project scope, plan resources, and complete projects on time.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in a business analyst function supporting data governance.
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or PowerPoint.
• Experience in Data Visualization.
