Description

You will own business reporting functions and transform large retail datasets into actionable insights for operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting functions.
• Gather and analyze retail operations data from multiple databases, platforms, and third-party vendors.
• Transform large datasets using data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Build and maintain custom Power BI dashboards to reveal trends and correlations.
• Implement row-level security in visualization tools to ensure secure data access across locations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience with data wrangling and exploratory data analysis.
• Ability to perform predictive modeling on large datasets.
• Hands-on experience implementing row-level security in reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile Project methodologies.
• Experience participating in system testing and project rollout tasks.
• Ability to communicate data-related issues and recommendations to stakeholders.
