Description

You will support the Single Family line of business within the counterparty and access management space.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration, data synchronization, and consumer testing activities.
• Identify proper metadata to enable system access for new applications and roles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform data pulls to support ad hoc and routine inquiries.
• Translate complex business concepts into actionable reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related data analytics experience.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience using SAS, Python, or R.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Proficiency with MS Query, MS Access, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of UNIX, VBA, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Single Family data and systems.
• Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market.
