Description

This role involves building and enhancing scalable data platforms within the mortgage domain for a Freddie Mac engagement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building strategic, scalable data platforms with business and technology stakeholders.
• Partner with client analytics teams to map business data sources, elements, relationships, and lineage.
• Translate high-level business requirements into complete, end-to-end analytical solutions.
• Support and enhance data warehousing and ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to develop deep understanding of business areas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Mortgage domain experience is required.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including creating user stories and managing work in Jira.
• Familiarity with Python scripting and data validation workflows.
• Ability to synthesize complex, disparate data sources into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, translating requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
