Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for data warehouse analytics projects. You own the lifecycle from requirement gathering through testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documentation (BRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile deployments.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, including process and data flow design.
• Support development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Perform manual and automated testing to verify data integrity between source and target systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and business analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and verification.
• Proficiency in Python to read and understand existing codebases; no requirement to write code from scratch.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business scenario testing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data flow designs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAS or Python/PySpark.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hive/HDFS) and AWS cloud services.
