Own data analysis, warehousing, and business analysis initiatives for clinical and quality measures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to support business decisions and quality reporting.
• Design and maintain data warehouses and mapping strategies in clinical environments.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to define requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for data projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL and data analysis.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience with data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS/NCQA Quality Measures and UHC Quality standards.
• Background in EMR systems and clinical data.
