Description

Lead the migration of Alteryx workflows and reporting assets to Tableau or Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of Alteryx workflows and reporting solutions to Tableau or Power BI.
• Analyze and document existing Alteryx data flows, transformations, and reporting logic.
• Redesign and optimize data models, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalability.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting outputs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow analysis and migration).
• Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI development.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with data migration, ETL redesign, and dashboard optimization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Prior experience in large-scale BI/reporting migration projects.
