You will apply quantitative and statistical analysis to derive insights that identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Design visualizations that enable clear narrative understanding and deep, interactive data exploration.
• Conduct in-depth investigations using large and complex datasets.
• Partner with Project Managers, Data Science, and Product teams to solve scaled problems.
• Determine success metrics for short and long-term goal and project performance.
• Build data narratives to improve annotation project performance and data quality insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of work experience in an analyst role.
• Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheet experience.
• Experience performing quantitative and statistical analysis (linear/logistic regression, forecasting).
• Experience handling relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally.
• Experience communicating complex findings to senior leadership.
