You will own the analytics for a voice assistance platform, turning large-scale conversational datasets into actionable product insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze gigabytes of call transcripts, metadata, and non-text data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate conversion, call success, and interaction quality.
• Apply statistical analysis to understand product performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Partner with Product and engineering teams to drive data-driven decision-making during launch milestones.
• Address data ambiguity by identifying gaps and determining how to fill them with clean, structured insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and build measurement frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments with incomplete data.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Background analyzing LLM data, AI-related analytics, or voice AI products.
