Description

You will design metrics and reporting for the Customer Financial Services (CFS) department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and track KPIs across the CFS department, providing feedback and insights to the Senior Director.
• Build and maintain management-level dashboards for the CFS group to identify actionable items.
• Utilize Power Query, Power BI, Access, and Excel to design required metrics and reports.
• Apply data governance knowledge to reporting structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Chargeback, Credit & Collections, Master Data, or Rebate.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Access.
• Working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring.
• Knowledgeable with Financial Statements, Chargebacks, Rebates, and Model N.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
