Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business stakeholders through requirements gathering, metric development, data retrieval, and validation for large projects
• Apply advanced analytical and statistical methods to evaluate data and recommend improvements in processes, outcomes, financial performance, and resource utilization
• Build dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions to measure processes and outcomes
• Learn new information systems and understand data flow through the lifecycle
• Advise on data models, testing frameworks, and documentation practices
• Present clear, actionable data stories tailored to diverse audiences
• Manage assigned projects end to end, including planning, deadlines, and issue resolution
• Identify and implement new data-driven strategies and processes
• Communicate progress, findings, and interpretations while educating business partners
• Train and mentor team members
• Serve as a trusted data advisor within the organization

Qualifications

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in analytics or business intelligence
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Epic data model
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Snowflake experience
  • Power BI experience
  • Experience with at least one analytical or programming language (R, Python, SAS, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of relational database structures
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working as a data analyst within a healthcare setting
  • Experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems
• Preferred
  • Master's degree
  • 8+ years in analytics or business intelligence
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with data integration tools (DBT, Informatica, MS Integration Services)
