Description

You will own data governance, modeling, and engineering tasks for telecom data domains, ensuring compliance and quality across cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement data governance frameworks including DAMA-DMBoK, PII/CPNI handling, and Adobe XDM mapping.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional, Data Vault, and relational techniques.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL on Azure Databricks and ADLS.
• Manage data cataloging, metadata, and classification using tools like Purview or Collibra.
• Enforce security policies, encryption, and access controls (RBAC/IAM) across raw, curated, and processed zones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or governance roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Scala for data processing and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with ETL concepts, batch/streaming processing, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of telecom regulatory rules (GDPR, SOX, CPNI) and data stewardship.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and XDM schema modeling.
• Knowledge of TM Forum SID/eTOM models and Data Vault methodology.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Event Hubs, or streaming architectures.
