Description

Define data requirements and design reports for Commercial Insurance within the IT department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements for operations, compliance, financial, and actuarial reporting.
• Create source-to-target mapping documents for enterprise data warehouse loading.
• Work with ETL teams to ensure mappings translate correctly into code.
• Perform data validation to confirm report accuracy and facilitate discovery sessions with subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• 3 years of P&C Insurance subject matter experience in Policy and Claims.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for data analytics.
• Proven experience in Data Modeling, Data Mapping, and Report Designing.
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI and Cognos.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and BI Architectures, concepts, and frameworks.
• Ability to create and tune Semantic layer Reporting Views.
• Experience with SAP.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI, and SAP FS-CD.
• Cloud exposure.
