Description

You will lead business data analysis delivery, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data, including spatial components, to identify conflicts and recommend resolutions.
• Decompose business requirements into Epics, Features, and user stories for technical staff.
• Execute Quality Analyst functions by defining test objectives, plans, and test cases.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business data analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with strong Scrum methodology knowledge.
• Expertise writing complex SQL queries for SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Azure Databricks and ESRI ArcGIS.
• Proficiency in enterprise data management and reporting systems (ODS, data warehouses, data lakes, data marts).
• Ability to diagram processes using flowcharts, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Project Server.
