Sr. Data Analyst

You will lead the advancement of measurement capabilities and deliver technology solutions for Finance user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and design dashboards and reports to summarize large quantities of data for clients and internal teams.
• Perform rigorous analyses on complex data sets to provide strategic insights, hypotheses, and conclusions.
• Partner with finance analysts to automate manual workflows and provide training for self-sufficiency.
• Document key processes and the architecture of new technical solutions.
• Manage multiple enterprise-scale projects simultaneously while communicating data-driven insights to various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of business experience with at least 2 years in a Business Intelligence capacity.
• Proficiency in self-service data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Expertise in collecting and analyzing large, multidimensional data sets using SQL and Python.
• Experience working within Agile practices and product development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or cloud-based Big Data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
• Tableau Certifications.
• Familiarity with data pipelines using Composer, Dataproc, or real-time processing with Cloud Dataflow.
• Experience creating AI/ML solutions.
