You will analyze statistical data to produce reports, studies, and visual assets for professional and public use.

Responsibilities

• Create charts and graphics to present statistical analysis in formats digestible for non-technical audiences.
• Write public-facing reports that translate analytic findings into accessible language for stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and conduct research focused on education and workforce-related topics.
• Identify improvements to project standards and establish best practices for product use.
• Interact with executive-level business users and technical experts to support data needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in R.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to support data requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical implementations across large, complex systems.
