Description

You will build and manage advanced BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using Dataflows, complex DAX calculations, and dataset management.
• Perform data validation, mapping, and design through complex queries and ad hoc reporting.
• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions while integrating systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Gather user requirements and document technical specifications following software development standards.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and provide support for existing reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Builder.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL programming, M Query, and DAX.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Teradata, and Oracle DB.
• Background as a SQL Developer or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with BI, data warehousing architecture, and implementations.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and Azure or cloud-based SQL platforms.
• Experience using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling healthcare data, including claims, financial, provider enrolment, or member eligibility.
• Familiarity with Azure services, SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake.
